New to Vancouver Island, Sarah was born and raised in Northern Ontario where she completed her undergraduate degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Health Promotion at Laurentian University. Upon graduation she continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Her personal philosophy for chiropractic care has a focus on patient centric care that tailors their treatment plan to their personal health goals. Sarah uses a variety of both active and passive care that is research informed to suit the patient’s needs, including a multitude of hands on treatment techniques, exercise prescription and education on conditions and treatment options. Sarah enjoys exercise in a variety of forms, including hiking, cycling and group fitness. She currently is a group fitness coach at a local gym in Victoria in her spare time. Sarah is an avid reader and dog mom.
