This appointment is designed for new patients or those returning after an extended period away from treatment. Your Registered Massage Therapist will complete a thorough health history review, discuss your concerns and goals, assess areas of tension or discomfort, and provide a personalized treatment plan during the session. Treatment may include a combination of therapeutic massage techniques focused on pain relief, muscle tension, mobility, stress reduction, and overall wellness. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Direct billing may be available depending on your insurance provider. Please complete all online intake and consent forms prior to your appointment.
