I am a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist in BC. I received my Bachelors of Health Sciences in Kinesiology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology or Ontario Tech as it is now called. I continued on to study Athletic Therapy and received my Bachelors of Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan in 2022. I was born and raised in Collingwood, Ontario and moved to North Vancouver in 2022 shortly after graduating from Sheridan. I moved to BC for the lifestyle, I enjoy doing outdoor activities such as running, hiking, biking, cross country, camping, ect. My love for the active lifestyle and helping people is what lead me to pursuit my Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy degrees. They combined my passion for helping people get people back to what they are passionate about after an injury whether that is gardening, Mountain biking or overall fitness.
