Brianne recently completed her final year of massage school and is excited to integrate her training and life experience to help people feel more at ease in their bodies as they navigate the demands of everyday life. Her treatments incorporate therapeutic and relaxation massage, including myofascial and Swedish techniques, and draws from her background in Thai massage. Brianne’s understanding of the body evolved through her life as an athlete, firefighter, teacher, world traveller, yoga instructor, and outdoor enthusiast. These experiences helped her appreciate the resilience of the body, as well as the importance of recognizing when it needs attention, recovery, and balance. Injuries, discomfort, and stressors throughout the different chapters of her life led Brianne to explore diverse ways of supporting the body and improving well-being. Naturally curious, she was drawn to massage for its hands-on, problem-solving nature. She especially enjoys exploring relationships within the body and tailoring her approach to each individual. Over time, Brianne has come to value how massage creates the opportunity for people to press pause in an increasingly busy world. She hopes to offer a space where clients can slow down, step away from daily demands, and give themselves time to recover—whether that means working through discomfort, supporting an active lifestyle, or simply making time for themselves. Outside of the treatment room, you’ll usually find Brianne somewhere outside— hiking, snowboarding, biking, running, practicing yoga, or simply enjoying the mountains.
