Veronica (she/her/ella) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Reiki practitioner with a background in bodywork since 2012 and a counseling degree earned in 2021. Her approach integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy with somatic and body-based techniques to support clients navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. With a clinical focus on mind-body awareness, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, somatic integration, and personal growth, Veronica offers holistic care grounded in cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Please note: Veronica offers counseling and massage therapy as separate services. Clients may see her for either counseling or bodywork/Reiki, but not both, in order to maintain clear therapeutic boundaries.
Whether from posture, injuries, or emotional trauma, our muscles and fascia hold patterns. Bodywork helps us release these patterns and live with more comfort and ease. Treatments are highly individualized and can vary from clinical massage to sessions that focus more on nourishing and grounding, incorporating energy work to reduce anxiety and increase relaxation. While many sessions focus on pain relief and optimizing physical function, we also believe in the simple healing power of touch to promote ease and comfort. Please be aware that your time on the massage table is 45-50 minutes-- the additional time is built in to account for conversation, changing clothes, and checking out after your appointment.
