Osteopathy Visit - Initial

A comprehensive assessment, starting with detailed questions about your medical history, lifestyle, and current symptoms to understand your overall health. This is followed by active and passive evaluations to assess movement, posture, and areas of concern, helping to identify the root causes of dysfunction. Based on the findings, we use a combination of techniques, including soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, active stretching, and visceral techniques, to address your specific needs. We finish with a personalized treatment plan designed to support your recovery, improve function, and enhance your overall well-being. **Currently, we are unable to offer direct billing for Pacific Blue Cross (PBC) & Sunlife members. If you're covered by PBC or Sunlife, you will need to pay for your treatment upfront and submit your osteopath claims directly for reimbursement.**
