I have always been intrigued with the human body and how it all works. I started as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor in the 90's. I love to help people get strong mentally and physically and reach their ultimate fitness goals. During this time my muscles also needed therapy so I began to see a very special therapist who in turn became my mentor and friend. He was extremely helpful and explained everything perfectly. I loved his work so much that I decided to train in massage therapy. I went to Spa Tech which is a therapeutic/holistic school. After graduation I worked for a chiropractor and performed injury/sports related work which involved trigger point therapy, Myofascial stretching and Deep Tissue Massage. I also worked at a few other massage places where I performed Swedish and relaxation massages. While working in the field I realized that my specialty is deep tissue and injury/sports related massage although I love to do it all and I continue to expand my knowledge.
