I’ve always been drawn to sports like soccer, volleyball, rugby, and ultimate frisbee. Sports are one of my favourite ways of meeting new people and forming connections. My passion for movement and meeting new people led me to pursue physiotherapy where I could make an impact on people’s lives by helping them move and feel their best. Current: Preston completed his Master of Physical Therapy Program in 2022 and has continued to take additional courses to broaden his knowledge and advance specific skills. He thoroughly enjoys working with people helping them understand HOW they got injured and works individually with each person to help them take control of their pain or injuries. By combining patient education with highly specific exercise programs, and manual therapy he creates a holistic and individualized treatment plan to help people get back to doing what they love. Preston’s style of assessing and treatment searches for the root cause of your aches and pains and creates unique self management strategies to help you take control of your pain. He takes an interest in working with Neurological Disorders, TMJ (jaw) disorders, Vestibular disorders (dizziness and balance), neck, shoulder, and foot related injuries. Outside of the clinic, Preston is an avid cook experimenting and perfecting his craft. If he’s not doing that then he is likely weightlifting, travelling, hiking, playing disc golf, snowboarding, or walking his dog. Quirks: Likes : Cooking, a good cup of coffee, travelling, and hiking. Dislikes: Being stuck in traffic, being deprived of coffee, mosquitos, and the smell of burnt toast
