We use traditional reflexology along with the Kruchick method of reflexology which uses gentle stretching and movement along with a focus on balancing the nervous system to reduce pain. This is great for those who are generally adverse to touch, those experiencing emotional stress and those with chronic pain/fibromyalgia or autoimmune diseases.
