Reflexology is an ancient Chinese technique that uses pressure points on the feet to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. We use traditional reflexology along with the Kruchick method of reflexology which uses gentle stretching and movement along with a focus on balancing the nervous system to reduce pain. This is great for those who are generally adverse to touch, those experiencing emotional stress and those with chronic pain/fibromyalgia or autoimmune diseases.
