During your first visit, your physical therapist will perform an initial evaluation (including review of medical history, obtain a subjective history of your condition, test strength and range of motion, perform special orthopedic tests, determine functional deficits and assess posture). We will then discuss your individualized plan of care and set goals for treatment. Treatment may include exercise, various manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger point dry needling.
