Lois is an Australian-trained physiotherapist with a deep passion for health, movement, and the outdoors. Her love for the mountains and travel led her to Calgary, where she continues to merge her expertise with her personal interests. From a young age, Lois was drawn to the intricacies of health & fitness due to her own experiences with frequent injury rehab. This firsthand understanding of physical challenges, has shaped her empathetic approach to patient care. With a background in disability support work, Lois has a unique perspective on how health affects an individual’s overall quality of life. She is committed to delivering a holistic and multifaceted approach tailored to each person’s needs, goals and environment. Lois has a strong passion for teaching people how to move their bodies with strength & ease. As a certified Matwork and Reformer Pilates trainer, she empowers clients to train with quality movement patterns, core stability with full body integration. In addition, as a Mum & Baby Barre instructor, Lois supports new mothers on their postpartum fitness journey, focusing on strength, recovery, and rebuilding that connection with their bodies. Driven by a passion to help others lead healthier, more active lives, Lois combines her expertise, experience, and love for movement to make a meaningful difference in her clients’ well-being. In her spare time, Lois embraces the outdoors, spending every moment she can skiing, skating, hiking, cycling, or camping.
