My interest in a massage career grew from years of being a hockey player and a high performance athlete. I saw how much it benefitted my performance and injury recovery and decided that it would be great to help others. I have worked for Hockey Canada as an RMT for the under 22 and under 18 women’s hockey teams. I am currently training to be a Craniosacral Therapist. My greatest reward in massage is helping others with injury prevention and to feel better Qualifications: Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (Toronto) – 2010, Aroma Touch, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Cupping

Myofascial Release session is designed to target tight, restricted fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and joints. Using gentle, sustained pressure, our Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) helps release restrictions, improve circulation, and enhance movement. Each session is customized to your needs and may include cupping therapy and fascial tools to further encourage tissue release and relaxation. This treatment is ideal for those experiencing chronic pain, mobility issues, postural imbalances, or tension from injuries and repetitive strain. Book your session today and feel the difference in your body’s movement and function!
