Michelle graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2010 and is an active member of MTWPAM. She specializes in treatments for chronic pain, tension headaches, whiplash, soft tissue damage, muscle strain and trigger point therapy, using a combination of medium and deep pressure techniques tailored to individual needs. Michelle believes strongly in the healing power of massage, not just for the body, but also for mental and emotional well-being. Her approach supports clients navigating mental health challenges, trauma, and addiction, with an emphasis on creating a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. As a certified prenatal massage therapist, Michelle offers knowledgeable and nurturing care for pre- and post-natal clients using specialized equipment such as a pregnancy table or cushion to ensure comfort and safety during treatments.
