Jack brings a diverse background in education, movement, and athletic performance to his practice. He completed his massage therapy training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Prince Edward Island. He also earned a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation through the NSCA and Pilates Mat Certification with Body Harmonics. This multidisciplinary foundation helps him tailor treatments that support both recovery and athletic performance. Jack has extensive experience as a hockey and baseball competitor and coach, including Head Coach roles for the Men’s Hockey Teams at George Brown and Centennial Colleges along with coaching elite youth baseball. He has particular interest in treating low back pain, pseudo- sciatica, lumbo-pelvic imbalances and dysfunction, and plantar fasciitis related pathologies. He enjoys working with all walks of life. Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, or striving for better well-being, Jack brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to every session.
