Lam is proud to have opened a clinic centred around his passions and within a community he cares deeply about. Lam’s journey into the world of health and movement started with his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University. After that, he returned to his hometown of Vancouver to work as a Clinical Kinesiologist, specializing in active rehabilitation. Inspired to help others, Lam also dedicated time to volunteering abroad at rehab hospitals before pursuing his Masters in Physical Therapy from UBC. Lam sees patients of all ages and athletic backgrounds and believes that a strong understanding of clinical biomechanics is fundamental to providing an individualized treatment plan. Dry needling, manual therapy and exercise prescriptions are just a few of his many tools to help his patients achieve their goals. His clinical practice includes the management of a variety of acute and chronic sport or work-related injuries. When he’s not busy with physiotherapy, you can find Lam out on the golf course or local waters fishing for his next big catch.
