HerSport Physio
140 Ann St , Unit 201, London ON, ON, N6A 1R3
Having spent years rehabbing post-operative knees while working closely alongside an orthopaedic surgeon, I have seen what successful recovery truly requires — and how often pelvic health plays an overlooked role in supporting female athletes returning to sport. I am an orthopaedic and pelvic physiotherapist with a strong focus on return-to-sport rehabilitation. Over the past several years, I have rehabilitated a high volume of post-surgical knee injuries, developing extensive experience in progressive loading, sport-specific rehab, and long-term performance outcomes. Through this work, I have seen firsthand how pelvic health conditions can impact strength, confidence, and performance. As a former artistic athlete, I understand the physical and mental demands placed on athletes, including the pressures of training, competition, and recovery. I take an individualized, whole-body approach to care, helping athletes move well, recover fully, and return to sport feeling strong, supported, and confident in their bodies.
