Amanda Carnes is an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for helping people return to the activities they love. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and has over ten years of experience working in both hospital and outpatient rehabilitation settings. Amanda has a strong background in treating sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, and motor vehicle accident injuries. She focuses on evidence-based treatment, combining hands-on therapy, movement retraining, and individualized exercise programs to support long-term recovery. Amanda values building strong relationships with her patients and believes that education and collaboration are key to successful rehabilitation. Her goal is to help each person feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery journey. Outside the clinic, Amanda enjoys life in Cochrane with her three girls and their bernedoodle. She’s also a passionate acrylic painter who loves creating vibrant, pop-culture inspired pieces.
