Andra completed her post-graduate diploma with distinction in Manual Osteopathic Therapy, which integrates joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and visceral manipulation. This is a unique, hands-on therapy that works with structural and functional imbalances and aims to assess and address areas of concern in a gentle, non-invasive way, while encouraging the body’s innate ability to self-regulate and heal back to a state of balance. Andra is also certified in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (BLD), which is a specialized manual technique based on the principles of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and designed to stimulate lymphatic flow, reduce fluid retention, and enhance body contour. Unlike traditional MLD, which is typically performed with very light, gentle pressure, BLD incorporates deeper, more rhythmic and sculpting-focused manual techniques to work with the body’s tissues and encourage fluid movement. Known for its immediate visible results, this modality is popular in both wellness and aesthetic practices for clients seeking a more contoured, refreshed appearance.
