Jon’s background is rooted in a lifelong passion for baseball, both as a player and a coach. He began his collegiate career at Western Oklahoma State before returning to Ontario to complete his Master of Physical Therapy while playing for the University of Western Ontario. Juggling the demands of high-level athletics and rigorous academics helped him develop the time management and motivational strategies he shares with his patients today. This experience allowed him to hone his ability to communicate with and motivate diverse personalities toward a common goal. Since becoming a physiotherapist, he has pursued specialized training at Driveline Baseball, a world-renowned biomechanics lab and performance center. This provided him with extensive expertise in baseball-specific training styles, load management, and specialized injury recovery that he applies to athletes of all levels.
