Lee is a Biokineticist / Kinesiotherapist from South Africa with a passion for unlocking the potential of the human body through movement. Lee obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Movement Science and Physiology degree, and she has a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biokinetics. Biokinetics is the science of movement and the application of exercise in rehabilitative treatment. Lee specialises in designing and implementing targeted exercise programs for individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries. She believes in a comprehensive approach that considers not just physical rehabilitation but also the mental and emotional aspects of recovery. Lee’s goal is to empower individuals to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence, fostering a return to an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
