Dr. Morgyn Olmstead received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. While completing her studies, she also worked as a Physiotherapist’s Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in rehabilitation-based care. Prior to moving to Toronto, Dr. Morgyn studied Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan, where she also competed as an 800-metre track athlete. In 2025, she further expanded her clinical training by obtaining her Registered Massage Therapy degree. Dr. Morgyn’s chiropractic approach is strongly informed by her background in physiotherapy-style rehabilitation and massage therapy. Her treatments commonly include deep soft-tissue therapy, muscle release techniques, targeted exercise prescription, and manual spinal manipulation, tailored to each patient’s presentation. She takes a human-centred, collaborative approach to care, integrating each patient’s goals, expectations, and lived experiences. Dr. Morgyn aims for every patient to feel heard, understood, educated about their body, and empowered to move confidently and manage symptoms between visits. Dr. Morgyn has a special interest in treating headaches, jaw pain, neck pain, low back pain, hip pain, and performing walking and running assessments. She is certified in Functional Gait Assessment Level 1, allowing her to assess gait patterns and body mechanics with a clinical, movement-focused lens. On her days off, you can find Dr. Morgyn running along the sea wall, exploring the mountains, trying new cafes and reading on the beach.
