Movement is a big part of who I am, it’s how I connect to myself, the world, and the people in it. I’m passionate about coaching movement, whether helping someone recover from injury, build strength, or regain confidence. I love guiding people toward freedom and joy in how they move. After experiencing a significant sport-related injury as a teen, I was introduced to physiotherapy, which completely shifted my perspective. I became fascinated by the body’s ability to adapt and heal - a curiosity that drives my work today, especially in concussion rehabilitation. Concussion rehab is a special focus of mine. I’m passionate about helping people not only recover, but build resilience and confidence after injury. Through education, individualized care, and coaching, I support clients in understanding their bodies and regaining control over their movement and lives. What I love most is coaching people through all stages of life. Whether recovering or navigating change, I help clients see how lifestyle, education, and thoughtful rehab support mobility and independence. Watching someone move from pain or limitation to strength and possibility is incredibly rewarding. Growing up in Northern Ontario, running, skiing, and gymnastics were part of my life. Running has been my foundation—it connects me to nature, clears my mind, and lets me explore new places. I love challenging myself and inspiring others to do the same. Whether running, hiking, yoga, or trying new activities, I’m always moving, always learning—and I love helping others find the strength and confidence to reach their own goals.
