140 Ann St , Unit 201, London ON, ON, N6A 1R3

Movement and sport have always been at the centre of my life. My background as a competitive athlete inspired me to pursue a career in physiotherapy, where I developed a deep appreciation for how the body adapts, heals, and performs. I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at McMaster University. During my studies, I was fortunate to complete a clinical placement at a pelvic physiotherapy clinic in Edinburgh, Scotland, where I was introduced to the field and witnessed its profound impact on quality of life. This experience shaped my passion for helping individuals regain confidence and strength in their bodies. My practice blends movement-based rehabilitation, evidence-informed exercise, and education to help people recover from injury, enhance performance, and return to the activities they love. I take pride in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Outside the clinic, I enjoy group workout classes, cooking, skiing, and travelling— activities that keep me energized and connected to the active lifestyle I encourage in others.
