Hi, my name is Roshni Uppal. I am currently a body worker and will soon be taking my board exam to become a licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). I am passionate about helping patients manage and recover from a variety of Orthopedic conditions through personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. My approach incorporates techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, therapeutic exercise, and other treatment techniques designed to support healing, improve mobility, and reduce pain. My goal is to help every patient feel supported throughout their treatment journey while working together to achieve their health and wellness goals.
