Steph has a love for helping people which has led her to the career she has today. She graduated the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College in St. John’s in 2015. Since then she has been practicing in a clinical setting and is an active member with the CMTNL and NLMTA. In 2021, Steph became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through ILWTI. She is the vice president of the Lymphedema Association of NL and one of very few CLTs in Newfoundland. Steph’s clinical focus is treating musculoskeletal injuries and lymphedema. Steph utilizes a variety of hands-on massage techniques as well as cupping and instrumented soft tissue mobilization’s during her treatments
