I am a friendly, compassionate, and intuitive practitioner who appreciates creating a strong rapport with patients in order to best collaborate in achieving improved health goals. I works intently with patients to facilitate conscious relaxation during treatment to complement both pain reduction and tissue healing. Within a welcoming and safe environment, my treatment style is firmly grounded in General Swedish Massage, which is highly effective at soothing the nervous system. Treatments may also include more specific treatment techniques such as MFR, trigger point release, and stretching. If deeper pressure is ever utilized there will always be continued communication and a focus on keeping the massage relaxing.
