Dr. Manisha Ram, ND, MD, MPH, has a special focus in women’s health, perimenopause, mental health, and chronic disease management, including digestive, endocrine, metabolic, and cardiovascular conditions. To provide patients with comprehensive care, Dr. Manisha brings a distinctive background as both a medical doctor and a naturopathic doctor. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree before completing her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Manisha is deeply committed to preventive and proactive healthcare, helping patients identify and address imbalances early while supporting those navigating complex or chronic conditions. Her care is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in clarity, depth, and precision. Her approach integrates clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling advanced therapies including IV Therapy(Intravenous Treatments), Iron Infusions and Intramuscular injections (B12, Folate, Vitamin D, Fat burner shots (MIC)). Fluent in English, French, Punjabi, and Hindi, Dr. Manisha creates a welcoming and inclusive environment where patients feel understood, guided, and empowered in their health journey.
During this first session, we’ll take time to talk through your health concerns in detail. We may discuss your past medical history, current medications or supplements, dietary concerns, and any recent blood work. If needed, your naturopathic doctor may also recommend additional lab work, which can be completed at any LifeLabs location. If any tests are recommended, you will be invoiced only if you choose to proceed after your consultation. Most insurance plans cover services provided by naturopathic doctors, but we recommend checking your coverage in advance. Please complete your intake forms before your appointment so your doctor can review your information ahead of time.
