I am an RMT and Graduate of Medix College here in Brampton. I strive to provide my clients with a complete treatment plan to assist with your healing. During your visit with me you can expect a thorough assessment, treatment, and home care plan. Being able to help those in my community provides me with great joy. I practice evidence based massage therapy and update my knowledge yearly by taking courses. I have additional training in prenatal massage. I utilize many techniques including Swedish, fascial, trigger point therapy, cupping, IASTM(tool assisted), joint mobilizations, and hot stone.
Massage Therapy
Initial treatment- A 60 min appt is ideal for a first visit. This allows for a full assessment, treatment and reassessment/home care.
Lymphatic Drainage
Every body's needs are different and knowing how much time will be needed for lymphatic drainage vs. massage therapy is different for everyone. This treatment option is ideal for the those who require a blend of lymph and massage. How much time you will have for each will depend on the therapists assessment of your specific concerns.
