Anderson Osim, LMT with more than half a decade of experience, believes in the power of healing through touch. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and a graduate of Academy of Massage and Bodyworks. He studies psychology at Wilmington University and has a background in personal fitness training. He is driven by the desire to help people heal and feel better, both body and mind. With a soothing approach to massage therapy, he does a variety of modalities like deep tissue, sports, prenatal, reflexology, as well as Swedish massages. He likes to tailor a massage session to the clients needs using a combination of massage techniques to give the client the best of a massage experience.
Involves multiple modalities such as deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, integrative muscular movement technique, hot/cold stone therapy, cupping, stretching etc. Each massage is tailored specifically to what your body could benefit from at the time. Especially useful for improving recovery of soft tissue injuries, chronic pain, relieving tight muscles and improving flexibility and addressing muscle and skeletal issues diagnosed by a doctor.
