**Currently not accepting new patients** Ashley was born and raised in Grimsby Ontario. She graduated with honours in Massage Therapy from Mohawk college in June of 2021. Research and evidence based Massage Therapy is her passion. Client education is also very important to her, knowing that knowledge is the best way to create change in one’s body. This includes education on proper biomechanics and remedial exercise in order to keep your body functioning at its optimal level. Through the manipulation of soft tissue she hopes to help others feel their best from the inside out. Ashley has a specific interest in pre peri and post natal massage. She would love to walk with you during your gestational period in order to help maintain overall health and wellness throughout that time; as well as offer any insight she can in order to make that time of life more comfortable. Providing quality care, while meeting client goals is what Ashley is actively pursuing.
