Natalie Lehto, Registered Physiotherapist BSc(HK), BHSc(PT) Natalie Lehto is a Registered Physiotherapist with 20+ years of clinical experience and a passion for helping others achieve their physiotherapy goals. She believes in treating the whole person and the importance of listening to her patients concerns while providing a gentle pain-free approach to treatment. She graduated with Distinction from the McMaster Physiotherapy Program (1998), and has an Honour’s Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph (1994). Natalie has extensive post graduate training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, advanced manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription and pain science. She is Rostered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to provide Pelvic Health Physiotherapy for women and men. She has experience helping people with their mobility needs, post-op surgeries, osteoarthritis, balance/agility re-training, sprains/strains, chronic pain, sports injuries, post cancer weakness/neuropathy, pelvic muscle dysfunction, pelvic pain, pre and postnatal physiotherapy care, safe return to sport/fitness guidance, MVA and work injuries.
A Physiotherapy Assessment is required for all new clients, as well as returning clients who haven't received treatment at our clinic in more than 6 months, or that have a new injury. This is a one-on-one appointment with a registered physiotherapist in a private room.
