Jess Leduc is a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Acupuncturist with over a decade of clinical experience. She received her diploma in Massage Therapy with honours in 2013 and completed her Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Diploma with honours in 2023. Jess is registered with both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. Jess has completed advanced training in Traditional Thai Massage, Osteo-Thai, Craniosacral Therapy, as well as a number of courses in Kiiko Matsumoto Style acupuncture. She is passionate about continuing education and is committed to integrating evidence-informed techniques with compassionate, individualized care. Her acupuncture practice has a particular focus on women's health, including fertility and perimenopause, as well as digestive concerns, headaches, and migraines. Jess believes that every treatment should reflect the unique needs of the person in front of her. Whether helping clients recover from injury, manage persistent pain, improve mobility, reduce stress, or support their overall well-being, she takes a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care, working collaboratively to help clients feel and be their best.
