Sam is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Registered Kinesiologist with nearly a decade of clinical experience, having worked with clients and patients since 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University, where he was part of the Strength & Conditioning team supporting varsity and professional athletes, and a Master of Practice diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Sam’s practice is centred around osteopathic manual therapy, with an emphasis on detailed assessment, hands-on treatment, and understanding how the body functions as an interconnected whole. His background in kinesiology gives him a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and movement analysis, and also allows him to integrate exercise and movement-based strategies into care when appropriate. He works with a wide range of people, from those dealing with pain, injury, and movement restrictions to active individuals looking to move and feel better. His goal is to provide care that is practical, collaborative, and rooted in long-term results
If this is your first time seeing the Osteo then an assessment is required. Other reasons for an assessment is if it has been 1 year since your last treatment or you have a new issue.
