Jared Wilkins is our newest grad here at Recovery Lab! He has a strong interest in deep tissue techniques and Lower Body RAPID training, focusing on helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and move more comfortably in their day-to-day lives. With a background in oil & gas drilling rigs, farming, and forestry firefighting, Jared brings a practical, hardworking perspective to his treatments and a solid understanding of physical demand, overuse, and recovery. He is passionate about seeing real, tangible improvements in his clients’ quality of life and takes a thoughtful, results-driven approach to care. Outside of the clinic, Jared enjoys spending time at the gym and working on hands-on projects in the garage.
