Olivia Tomlins earned her Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia before completing her Master’s of Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta. With a strong foundation in human performance, biomechanics, and rehabilitation, she is passionate about helping patients recover from injury, move efficiently, and perform at their best. From her athletic background in ski racing, strength training, and competitive dance; Olivia has a special interest in running-related injuries, gait analysis, biomechanics, training load management, and performance optimization. Olivia’s treatment approach integrates exercise-based rehabilitation, IMS/dry needling, manual therapy, and patient education to address the root cause of injury while supporting long-term recovery and performance. She works closely with each client to build strength, improve movement efficiency, and reduce the risk of recurring injuries to help them confidently return to sports and their activities!
