No two bodies are the same. Our responses to stress and injuries are shaped by our own history, lifestyle, physical challenges, and emotional experiences. Massage offers a unique opportunity for us to slow down and tune into to the signals, whether it’s a tight muscle, pain and numbness, or a subtle feeling of tension and restriction. By cultivating awareness, I aim to empower my clients to recognize and honor their body’s needs, fostering a deeper understanding of their physical and emotional states. In my practice, I collaborate with clients to find the treatment depth and approach best suited for their body in its current state. Using an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach, I employ both soft-tissue manipulation and movement as investigation tools to get to the root of the problem. It is my goal to support clients in their own objectives by improving mobility, optimizing tissue health, and enhancing recovery, so they can move through life pain-free, and enjoy the activities they love with reduced risk of injury.
