Follow-up appointments are reserved for patients who have been previously seen or have had an appointment within the last 6 months. Our 45-minute physiotherapy assessment is designed to provide a complete, personalized experience. We start by listening to your concerns and understanding the cause of your pain or symptoms. Through a detailed assessment of your posture, and movement patterns, we identify the underlying factors contributing to your discomfort. You’ll receive hands-on treatment during your first visit, along with a clear and customized treatment plan to guide your recovery.
