As a lifelong athlete, Christman experienced the value of physiotherapy firsthand, which inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to helping others overcome injuries and reach their full potential. Christman earned his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. He combines a strong understanding of the human body with a personalized, evidence-based approach to care. His practice focuses on education, manual therapy, and tailored exercise programs to guide clients through their unique recovery journey. Dedicated to professional development, Christman has pursued specialized training in the McKenzie Method, acupuncture, TMJ disorders, and golf rehabilitation from the Titleist Performance Institute. He is also adept at dry needling and athletic taping. Outside the clinic, you’ll find Christman staying active through working out, golfing, skiing, and café hopping. He also enjoys watching a wide range of sports and exploring the outdoors all year-round.
