Emmanuel graduated with a degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise and Health Physiology. He has contributed to research in wearable technology and concussion recovery, giving him a strong foundation in evidence-based rehabilitation. As both a former varsity and Team Canada wrestler, Emmanuel brings a high-performance mindset to his work and over five years of experience as a certified NCCP wrestling coach. He is passionate about helping people through adaptive rehabilitation and functional recovery. Emmanuel has worked with programs supporting individuals with chronic physical disabilities, osteoarthritis, and those looking to build sustainable health habits. He is also completing requirements to become a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP). Emmanuel believes that understanding the body holistically, from movement and strength to recovery and nutrition, is key to living well and performing daily activities with confidence. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, pickleball, and training with the University of Calgary Dinos wrestling team. He also has a creative side and loves playing violin and joining in musical jam sessions with friends.
