Chiropractic Initial Assessment

A chiropractic initial assessment is a comprehensive evaluation to gather information about a patient's health history, current concerns, and overall neuromusculoskeletal condition. The assessment typically begins with a detailed discussion, where Dr. David gathers information about the patient's symptoms, lifestyle, and any relevant medical history. A physical examination follows, involving assessments of posture, joint mobility, muscle strength, and neurological function. Dr. David may also refer for diagnostic imaging, such as X-rays, if necessary, to obtain a more in-depth understanding of the patient's condition. Based on the findings, the chiropractor develops an individualized treatment plan, which may include spinal adjustments, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to address the patient's specific needs and promote overall well-being.
