Mia Wang, RMT Mia Wang was born and raised in Calgary, AB and has a strong passion for supporting others in their journey to recovery. From a young age, she was driven by a desire of helping people improve their physical well-being, which ultimately led her to pursue a career dedicated to optimizing patient health and performance. Mia earned a Massage Therapy Diploma from Lethbridge Polytechnic (formerly Lethbridge Community College) and graduated from a nationally accredited program. She is currently in her fourth year at the University of Regina, working toward a Bachelor of Kinesiology in Human Kinetics. Mia is eager to expand her knowledge and skills, with the goal of broadening her ability to help individuals from a more comprehensive perspective. She has been applying her knowledge working as a student trainer with the Women’s Soccer team and Track & Field/Cross Country team at the University of Regina. Within her current scope of practice, Mia integrates a variety of techniques tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. This includes a brief assessment/intake, therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, and swedish massage techniques, which are designed to provide personalized care and results.
