Dr. Carrie Johnston’s path to becoming a chiropractor began at Queen’s University, where she completed both her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and Bachelor of Science. She then went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario, in 2008. Dr. Johnston is an evidence-based chiropractor who continually strives to further her education to provide patients with the best possible care. As such, she is certified in the Webster Technique (International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association), Active Release Techniques, Graston Technique, and has taken courses in Mulligan Mobilizations. Athletics have always been a large and integral part of Dr. Johnston’s life and are one of the main reasons she chose to enter the chiropractic profession. Dr. Johnston has an extensive background in both singles and synchronized skating, and now enjoys recreational pursuits such as golf, running, waterskiing, wake surfing, and strength training. In addition to the above education, Dr. Johnston is also a Level 2 Certified Golf Medical Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute. This has allowed her to integrate her love of golf with her passion for optimizing health and performance. Dr. Johnston is excited to work with you to reach and exceed your health and performance goals.
