Olivia graduated with a Master’s of Physiotherapy from Brunel University in London, England and a Bachelor’s degree with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology from York University. Olivia has clinical experience in paediatrics, neurorehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, pelvic health, and oncology physiotherapy. Olivia is certified in sports massage, using targeted manual techniques to enhance physical performance, improve overall conditioning, and reduce the risk of pain or injury. Her approach supports muscle recovery, increasing flexibility, promotes circulation, and aids in the preventionand rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, making it beneficial for both athletes and active individuals. Olivia is passionate about movement and takes an exercise-based approach to supportrecovery from injury, restore mobility, and promote long-term physical health and wellness. This initial visit focuses on getting to know you and creating the best physiotherapy plan of care. It includes a review of your medical history, your main physical concerns, and a holistic assessment of your body and alignment.
