Includes a short, brief, holistic assessment addressing the patient’s complaints (10 minutes), as well as the Gua Sha massage (35 minutes). This treatment is for patients experiencing tight muscles, poor blood circulation, headaches, chronic inflammation, and stiffened tissues/knots. The goal of the Gua Sha Massage Treatment is to break up fascia, relax stiffened muscles and joints, promote blood circulation, and enhance tissue drainage. This treatment is based off of ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts that use scraping techniques with Jade Stones and Rose Quartz scraping tools. The Gua Sha massage may be performed on the back, arms, shoulders, and/or legs.
Facial Sculpting Massage is a results-driven, hands-on treatment that focuses on the face, jaw, neck, and décolleté to release tension, support lymphatic drainage, and enhance natural definition. Using a blend of therapeutic lifting, intra-oral/jaw work (if offered and consented), and relaxation techniques, it may help reduce facial puffiness, ease TMJ-related tightness, soften expression lines, and leave the skin looking more refreshed and contoured.
