Acupuncture
Includes a detailed initial intake based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles (20 minutes), as well as an Acupuncture treatment, possibly combined with other added TCM modalities such as Gua Sha Massage techniques, Cupping, Ear Seeds, etc. for 1 hour. During this treatment, a patient’s signs, symptoms, and concerns would be noted and a Chinese Medicine Diagnosis will be formulated according to the studies of TCM. Acupuncture will then be used to address the patient’s concerns and balance the energy within the body by puncturing various anatomical points to activate specific channels and meridians. Acupuncture is a holistic method of treatment that involves the use of small, sterile, non-reusable needles to treat a wide variety of conditions and support mental, emotional, and physical health.
- Acupuncture for musculoskeletal pain and injury recovery.
- Cupping therapy to release muscle tension and improve circulation.
- Gua sha for soft-tissue mobilization and reduced inflammation.
- Channel and meridian balancing with needle-based acupuncture.
- Acupuncture to restore Yin–Yang balance and overall energy stabilization.

This therapy is perfect for those who are looking to tone and smooth their skin, as well as balance the energy in the body according to ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. The Gua Sha Facial can help with preventing the signs of premature aging (wrinkles, sagging skin, puffiness, fine lines, dark eye circles), pulling acidity from tissues, oxygenating the skin, and tightening one’s face, jaw, and neck.
