NatCan Clinics
Hello, my name is Alisa and I am a Registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac.) thrilled to be a part of the NatCan team. I have always had a passion for holistic healing and the restorative benefits that accompany holistic health. My interest for holistic remedies became prominent at a young age. I was a competitive dancer for over 10 years and had sustained various injuries throughout this time period. Going through these experiences intrigued my desire for total-body healing; taking into account a person as a whole and their physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being. This is a philosophy I live by in order to provide my patients with the best optimal care, balance, and harmony so that one may live their life to their full potential. I am deeply committed to treating patients through the holistic and ancient Chinese Medicine ideology. Balancing the energy forces of the body by utilizing Acupuncture, Gua Sha, Cupping, and other techniques are the methods I exhibit to equalize one’s vital Qi (energy) in the body. My goal is to stabilize the energy, Yin, and Yang that follow along specific channels and meridians in our body in order to prevent disease and attain the best health possible. Furthermore, I have earned my Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology with Distinction, as well as a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from the University of Guelph-Humber in which I gained extensive knowledge regarding the kinetics of the human body and its functions of movement. Upon graduation, I went on to pursue further education at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and that is where I facilitated my passion for holistic medicine. I successfully wrote and passed the Pan-Canadian Licensing Examinations and I am happy to call myself a proud Acupuncturist registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. I am ecstatic to support you on your healing journey in becoming the best version of yourself!

Lymphatic Drainage
281 Woodbridge Ave, Suite 22, Woodbridge, ON, L4L 0C6
Includes a short, brief, holistic assessment addressing the patient’s concerns (10 minutes), as well as the Gua Sha Facial (35 minutes). The Gua Sha Facial focuses on eliminating lymph stagnation in the face and neck area by utilizing Jade Stone, Rose Quartz, and Copper scraping tools, as well as rollers, facial cups, and other massage tools, to regulate the movement of lymphatic fluids and improve blood flow. This therapy is perfect for those who are looking to tone and smooth their skin, as well as balance the energy in the body according to ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. The Gua Sha Facial can help with preventing the signs of premature aging (wrinkles, sagging skin, puffiness, fine lines, dark eye circles), pulling acidity from tissues, oxygenating the skin, and tightening one’s face, jaw, and neck. Overall, the Gua Sha Lymphatic Drainage Facial aims to create a youthful glow and a revitalized complexion, all while encompassing the holistic approach of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
