Joshua is dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their lives and return to the activities they love without pain or discomfort. With a strong emphasis on promoting longevity and reducing future injury risk, Josh takes a rational and intentional approach to treatment, prioritizing exercise-based therapies that are tailored to each person’s needs. Josh holds both an Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. With a special interest in sports rehabilitation, Josh is particularly passionate about helping athletes, especially combat athletes, return to their sport. As an active competitor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Josh combines firsthand experience with professional expertise to develop effective, sport-specific rehabilitation programs to meet your needs. When not working, Josh continues to train and compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, staying closely connected to the sport and the community. This connection informs Josh’s practice, ensuring that the treatment strategies are not only evidence-based but also practical and relevant for athletes.
