I am a profesessional wildlife biolgist and botanist with an M.S. in Biology. I decided to pursue my passion for healing in 2023. I became Reiki certified and obtained my L.M.T. I have a passion for energy many modalities of massage, herbalism, energy work and healing/releasing stored trauma in the body. I I am also a certified Sampoorna Yoga instructor.
After reviewing your intake form and conducting a verbal intake, I use a fully custom approach for each person. My flow, techniques, applications, and pressure are adjusted so that I can give customers exactly what they need. I have a range of skills Swedish massage to trigger point, myofacial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and stretching. The booked time includes time to prepare for massage with 50-55 minutes of "hands-on" time.
