A therapeutic treatment that involves the use of smooth, heated basalt stones. The heat from the stones helps to relax muscles, improve circulation, and relieve tension. During the massage, the therapist uses the stones to perform the massage, allowing the moist heat to help reduce muscle tone, provide pain relief, and improve overall relaxation. Hot stones can also be used in combination with cold stones to provide a contrast hydrotherapy treatment if needed. (Available only on Wednesday and Friday)
